By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By downloading, registering, or using the HomeCravesFoods app or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
HomeCravesFoods provides an online platform that enables customers to:
Browse menus from registered restaurants and home chefs,
Place food orders for delivery or pickup,
Track deliveries in real time, and
Make secure online payments.
HomeCravesFoods acts only as an intermediary between users, restaurants, and delivery partners.
We do not prepare food or provide delivery services directly unless expressly stated.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed through your account will be deemed to have been done by you.
HomeCravesFoods reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless permitted by the restaurant or delivery partner.
Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made through various methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or cash on delivery (where available).
All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or operational delays.
You are required to be available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.
Ownership and responsibility for the order transfer to you upon successful delivery.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Order cancelled by the restaurant or delivery partner.
Non-delivery of food due to service failure.
Quality or wrong-item complaints verified by HomeCravesFoods support.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
The restaurants and home chefs listed on the Platform are independent entities.
They are solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.
HomeCravesFoods is not liable for food quality, quantity, or allergic reactions.
Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of HomeCravesFoods.
They are responsible for safe, timely delivery and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
Any misconduct by a delivery partner should be immediately reported to support@homecravesfoods.com.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Resell, redistribute, or misuse any content from the Platform.
Interfere with the Platform’s security or operations.
Post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content in reviews or communications.
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by HomeCravesFoods Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
HomeCravesFoods shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform,
Food quality, delivery delays, or errors by third parties,
Temporary unavailability or technical issues, or
Force majeure events (natural calamities, network failure, etc.).
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We use your data to process orders, improve services, and communicate updates.
HomeCravesFoods reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms,
Fraudulent or abusive behavior, or
Non-compliance with legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
