HomeCravesFoods Pvt. Ltd. strives to ensure a pleasant ordering experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled and refunds may be issued.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after restaurant confirmation.
If cancellation is requested before confirmation, the full amount will be refunded.
For prepaid orders, cancellation charges may apply depending on restaurant policies.
An order may be cancelled by the restaurant or HomeCravesFoods due to:
Unavailability of items,
Technical issues,
Operational or delivery constraints.
In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the user’s original payment method.
Refunds are applicable in cases of:
Non-delivery due to service failure,
Wrong item delivered,
Food quality concerns verified by our support team,
Order rejected or cancelled by restaurant or delivery partner.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the same payment mode used for the order.
Users will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
Refunds will not be issued if:
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the user;
Customer unavailable to receive order;
Late delivery due to external conditions (weather, traffic, etc.);
Partially consumed or tampered items returned.
Refunds for COD orders (if eligible) will be issued via online transfer to the customer’s provided bank/UPI account within the stipulated period.
In case of disputes regarding refunds, the decision of HomeCravesFoods Pvt. Ltd. shall be final after internal review.
